Shipping policy
We at Vista Wall Art are dedicated to making sure your art arrives in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy tells you how we handle and ship your orders so that you know what's going on and have a great experience.
1. Processing Time
Before shipping, all orders are processed and ready.
- Central Time (USA): 5:00 PM is the last time to place an order.
- Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Processing Days: We only process orders on weekdays, not on U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will not be processed until the next business day.
2. Transit Time (Shipping Duration)
Once the carrier gets your package, the estimated time for it to get to you is:
- Standard shipping: 4 to 6 business days.
3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The time it takes to get your order is the Handling Time plus the Transit Time.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipping time: 4 to 6 business days.
- Estimated total delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are clear and easy to understand:
- FREE SHIPPING: For all orders over $50.00 USD in the U.S.
- STANDARD SHIPPING (Flat Rate): All orders under $50.00 USD will cost a flat fee of $6.99 USD.
When you check out, you will see the final shipping cost before you pay.
5. Carriers & Shipping Methods
We work with trustworthy carriers to make sure your canvas art gets there safely:
- The United States Postal Service (USPS)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
The size, weight, and destination of your package will help you choose the right carrier and service level.
6. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We are proud to serve customers across the United States. Please review our destination coverage and shipping restrictions below:
- Shipping Coverage: We currently offer shipping exclusively to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (D.C.).

Excluded Destinations: To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we do not ship to the following locations:
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
- U.S. Associated States: Micronesia, Palau, and the Marshall Islands.
- Military Addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
- International Destinations: We do not ship to any addresses outside of the United States.
Note: Any orders placed with a shipping address in the excluded locations listed above will be automatically canceled and refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
7. Tracking Your Order
- You will get an automated email with a tracking number after your order ships.
- It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to show up on the carrier's website.
- You can use the link to the carrier's portal to track your package directly.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Late Shipments
Please check your order when it arrives to make sure it isn't damaged.
- If the item is broken, please email us at support@vistawallart.com within 48 hours with clear pictures of the damage and the packaging.
Lost Packages:
If a carrier says a package is lost, we will help you file a claim. The time it takes to resolve an issue depends on how the carrier looks into it.
9. Incorrect Address Policy
- Customers are in charge of giving shipping addresses that are correct and complete.
- If you send back an order because the address is wrong or missing, you may have to pay an extra shipping fee to have it sent again.
- If you give us the wrong address, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
