We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from VistaWallArt. We have set up the following policy to make sure that everyone has a fair and clear experience with our made-to-order products.
1. Return Window
You can return items within 30 days. You can ask for a return within 30 days of getting your item.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Your item must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you got it (not worn, used, or broken).
- It needs to be in its original box.
- You need to show proof of purchase or a receipt.
"Change of Mind" Note: We recommend that you carefully measure the space on your wall before placing your order because each piece of art is made just for you. Customers may have to pay for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items (The "Vista" Guarantee)
Please check your order when you get it. If you meet the following conditions, we will give you a free replacement or a full refund:
- The canvas is broken or damaged when it gets there.
- The quality of the print is bad.
- You got the wrong item (wrong size or wrong design).
Action Required: Please email us at support@vistawallart.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear pictures of the item and the packaging.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Broken: VistaWallArt will pay for all of the return shipping costs or give you a pre-paid shipping label if the item is broken or damaged.
- Customer Change of Mind: If the customer changes their mind or wants to exchange the item, they must pay for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
You can't return some things:
- Cards for gifts.
- Items that are personalized or made just for you (with your names and photos).
- Items that say "Final Sale".
6. The Refund Process
After we get your return and look it over:
- We will send you an email to let you know that we got your item back.
- We will let you know if the refund is approved or denied based on the condition of the item.
- If approved, your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) will automatically get a refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Please be aware that it may take your bank or credit card company longer to put the refund in your account.
7. Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and then buy the new one separately after the return is accepted.
8. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a fee to restock items that are returned.
